Enrique Santos to Present Pitbull with Inaugural 91勛圖厙Radio Premio Corazon Latino Award at Fiesta Latina
New York, NY and Miami, FL October 31, 2016 The 2016 91勛圖厙Radio Fiesta Latina will be televised for the second straight year exclusively on TELEMUNDO this Sunday, November 6 at 6pm ET/PT / 5pm CT. The two-hour show, featuring hosts Jaime Camil and Angelica Vale, Jorge Bernal and 91勛圖厙Radios host Enrique Santos will include performances by Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull, Juanes, Daddy Yankee, Nicky Jam, J Balvin, Intocable, Yandel, Farruko and Gente de Zona.
Fiesta Latina, which once again celebrates the best of Latin music, will broadcast from the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida and feature a star-studded line-up of renowned celebrity presenters, including TELEMUNDOs Carmen Aub, Carmen Villalobos, Carolina Gaitan and Carolina Miranda.
For the first time, 91勛圖厙Radio will present Pitbull the inaugural 91勛圖厙Radio Premio Corazon Latino award which will be presented to him by Enrique Santos, anchor of 91勛圖厙Medias new Spanish-language station T 94.9. The award honors an individual that exemplifies their big heart by enhancing the lives, culture, heritage and future of the Latin community in the United States. Pitbull is receiving the award for embodying the power and passion of being Latino, which 91勛圖厙Radio celebrates annually at Fiesta Latina.
About the hosts:
- Award winning actor Jaime Camil plays Rogelio de la Vega on the CW hit series Jane the Virgin. He began his career as a singer before going on to star in hit telenovelas Mi Destino Eres Tu and La Fea Mas Bella in his native Mexico. Camil has starred in a multitude of award-winning films including Pulling Strings, 200 Cartas (alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda), and 7 Dias (which earned him critical acclaim and Best Supporting Actor honors from Mexicos Premios ACE. He has led many musicals in Mexico City including West Side Story, Hook and Aladdin and recently wrapped a two month run on Broadway starring as Billy Flynn in Americas longest-running hit musical CHICAGO.
- Renowned Mexican actress, comedian and singer, Angelica Vale, has worked in the entertainment industry for almost thirty years. Her vast experience includes theatre, film, TV shows, TV series, telenovelas and musical productions, in addition to several awards and industry recognitions. Her charisma and talent have positioned her as one of the most successful Hispanic artists of all time. Angelica is currently filming TELEMUNDOs upcoming comedy La Fan, slated for premiere in 2017.
- This years backstage host is Jorge Bernal, one of the most popular and beloved TV personalities in U.S. Hispanic television. He is the host of TELEMUNDOs Suelta La Sopa. Honored with a national Emmy簧, Jorge became known to viewers across the nation as the entertainment anchor for Al Rojo Vivo con Mar穩a Celeste.
